Ashley Greene & Kellan Lutz had their Halloween party appearance at Tao nightclub in Las Vegas. They hosted the party with 2 other vamps, making it a vamptastic night. True Blood's "Sam" and "Tara" were also in attendance. They show some comradeship and shake hands.
