Robert Pattinson to Appear on MTV October 30th
To the delight of his many fans, Robert Pattinson will be making an appearance on MTV.
The Edward Cullen actor will be on MTV Ulalume: Howling at New Moon on October 30.
Seventeen Exclusive: Interviews with the cast and we have quotes!!!
Seventeen magazine just sent us some interview quotes from their latest New Moon cast interviews. And we though we would share some highlights
Heating up between scenes...
Usually it's freezing outside [in Vancouver, where New Moon was filmed]. Most of the time I'm not really wearing many clothes, so as soon as I'm done filming, I will go into a heated tent and bundle myself up in a lot of clothes and just try to stay warm until I have to go back and get naked again and film"
His favorite book of the series...
I would probably have to say Eclipse. I love that all three of them (Edward, Bella, and Jacob) are together. Twilight sets up Edward and Bella's relationship, New Moon sets up Jacob and Bella's, and Eclipse is about the three of them. Just the constant tension going on between Jacob and Edward is hilarious, and Bella's being drawn between the two guys."
On Remembering his lines..
Whenever I do a job I'm really kind of learning how to act from scratch again, [especially] when I haven't done it for a year. I've kind of forgotten how to do it"
His take on Edward..
I kind of just tried to make him a little bit more aware of the irony of the situation…a 109-year-old who's in love with a 17-year-old who he's pretending to go to school with..
Her first attraction to Bella...
"I think it was the fact that she could hold her own against Edward, because it's a strange dynamic that they have. I think people relate to her just because she's got conviction
The payoff...
I'm glad to be a part of something that's actually bigger than me for once. The success of it is the coolest thing ever because I can't tell you how much it hurts to do something that you feel like you can really learn from — and you feel is an important section of your life that you put everything into — and then nothing, it just never comes out. So the fact that we can share that, that's why we do this. It's the coolest thing."
On set pranks...
"The girls can't prank us! They're great actresses, but they don't really have the imagination to push a boy's buttons. Not much gets to us."
If the entire cast got into a fight...
"I'd beat everyone, even Taylor, no doubt. If they all tried to jump me, they might have a chance. Rob can slap pretty hard though"
Kellan Likes To Get The Heart Rate Going (New Interview)
My Monkey Man, Kellan Lutz is appearing this weekend in Illinois for an autograph session. pjstar.com sat down with the actor to talk a little about New Moon, Eclipse, and the fans.
Catch a glimpse of him this Saturday's Rivermen game against Rockford. Lutz will sign autographs from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday in Carver Arena. The game starts at 7 p.m., and tickets are $20 for lower bowl, $15 for upper bowl at the box office, Rivermen.net or by calling 676-8700.
Here are just a few of the questions he was asked:
What do you do to get into character, to get your mind into the vampire world?
For me, when I'm away on set, the energy I get from my workouts and the training I do - especially with filming "Eclipse" right now - helps put myself in the mindset of becoming Emmett. It's a lot of testosterone buildup, I guess (laughs). A lot of times what helps is to do quick pushups to get the heart rate going.
What's the craziest thing a fan has ever done to get your attention?
Well, it's not necessarily crazy, but one fan made this action figure doll of me, like it was her personal Emmett. That was the coolest thing.
I've heard that you like to do your own stunts. What are some of the more memorable ones you've done?
With "Eclipse," we're doing some really intense (stunts) - ratchets and pulleys and magic carpets and stuff. It's great to be allowed to do some more extreme things than some of the other actors.
Do you have anything to add to your fans?
I have been very fortunate - I think we all have, being part of the "Twilight" saga - to have loving fans. We were all weary doing the first movie, hoping they'd accept us. We're just all ecstatic that they accepted us and support.

Twilight Stars in Rome for New Moon
Twilight stars are back in Italy, the host country to some of the most dramatic scenes in the second installment of the Twilight Saga: New Moon and RadarOnline.com has the photos from their trip. Charlie Bewley, Cameron Bright and Jamie Campbell Bower were spotted sightseeing on Wednesday in the Italian city and they even posed for pictures with fans!
the Rome Film Festival has announced that they will be showing a clip from New Moon and that a few cast members will be attending the event. Charlie, Cameron and Jamie were all part of the filming of New Moon in Montepulciano, Italy earlier in the year
lucky thing :)
