Twilight Hype Decoder: What's Real, What's Not?
With the New Moon premiere countdown on (one month exactly), the Twilight cast is going into press overdrive, and it's superimportant to learn the crap from the cool: Now, E! Online's own Jen Cady (who some folks on Twitter seem to find even cattier than Answer B!tch—happy Jen?) gave a good rundown of what to find in this week's tabloids, but there's more you should know.
Here's how to sort what you need to pay attention to this week, from what you don't:
First off, gotta say, someone give Ashley Greene a cookie for accurately following her press notes (yes—we've seen a "do" and "don't" list given to the talent back during this year's Comic-Con) re: New Moon promotion!
We can summarize what they say in two phrases: deflect, deflect, deflect and Taylor Lautner!
But back to our Twi forecast, here are three points on how you must prepare...
1. Get ready for more quotes like this one in People magazine:
" 'It's a pretty hot movie,' says Ashley, who thinks Stewart and Lautner 'have this undeniable chemistry.' "
Team Jacob is going to be pushed like no other in the next month—by Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, too. We've been told this from the get-go by the highers-up at Summit, and we're being told this still. This is an unavoidable gross-out move, sorry. Learn to accept it, not to read too much into the fact Taylor's name is inserted where Rob's usually is. It's about the storyline, nothing more.

More shirts at Hot Topic!
Edward with the same quote, also in junior sizes, but with New Moon logo on the back.
Stephen Moyer of True Blood talks True Blood and Twilight.
I happen to come across this interview with Stephen Moyer who plays Bill Compton on True Blood. He talks about the show and also talks about Twilight and the differences between Twilight and True Blood. Hope that you enjoy!!!

New Moon’s Julia Jones Celebrates The Art Of Elysium
------------------------------------------------------------------
Stepping out to The Art Of Elysium: GENESIS event held at HD Buttercup in Los Angeles, Julia Jones looked relaxed and fabulous on the red carpet. The New Moon actress attended the celebration of the LA based organization that “encourages working actors, artists and musicians to voluntarily dedicate their time and talent to children who are battling serious medical conditions. We provide artistic workshops in the following disciplines: acting, art, comedy, fashion, music, radio, songwriting and creative writing.”
The actress, who is playing Leah Clearwater, will be back in Vancouver to work on more scenes in the third Twilight installment: Eclipse

Twilight Halloween Cullen Costume Ideas (make- up)
First Step - Contact Lenses
The very first thing you need to get is... the golden eyes contacts. Red eyes, in case you want to be a regular human eating vampire or a Volturi. Or black eyes if you want to be a VERY starved vampire ;). Violet eyes if you want to be like Italian vampire Heidi, who hides her scary red eyes to lure in unsuspected innocent tourists: her favorite prey.
I would have to say that this is a must have for your costume. It's necessary if you want to be dressed as an actual Twilight vampire. If you want to freak out about getting one product on this guide for Halloween, I'd say this would be it. Prices go from $10.00 to $100. The more expensive they are, the better the quality and the best it will be for your eyes.
Eye Make-up
Since it's Halloween and you're probably going to a cool party I would totally suggest playing a bit with the make up and add a very dramatic look to draw more attention to your face and the vampire contacts. Sure, the vampires in Twilight don't need eye make up, but on this occasion I would say, why the hell not. Halloween is all about drama so I wouldn't go for the normal vampire look. Plus, we want other people who are not familiar with Twilight to notice the vampire look. If you want to be any other vampire, then follow these instructions. Instructions for Alice, Rosalie and Esme are coming up.
This is what you need:
-Mascara.
- Eye liner.
- Various dark eye shadows.
I wouldn't use any regular mascara though. We need to draw attention to your golden eyes. For that we need a perfect frame, and that would be large beautiful set of eyeslashes. One of my absolute favorite make up brands is Too Faced. They produce an awesome line of mascara called Lash Injection. For $19.50 you can get lash coating mascara that will make you eyes pop up with larger looking lashes. And you can totally use this mascara again for other events.
An amazing way to wear the smokey eye shadow is this:
